sublimation process is recycled
into fabric.
Material over-runs and scrap fabric
is donated to school programs such
as design camps.
Note: Echophab is an alternative to
vinyl, which contains toxic PVC.
Greenpeace has called for PVC to be
banned because of pollutants
released during production, PVC
doesn't degrade quickly, and research
suggests that PVC may leach
phthalates (plasticizers) which can
be absorbed into the skin and can
cause cancer, birth defects, and other
